A: Our production time varies depending on the current volume of orders. We will do our best to get your tumbler to you as soon as possible, but please allow up to 3-10 business days for production and delivery.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your tumbler. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your tumbler to request a refund or exchange. Please note that customized tumblers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
